Several spaces for all sorts of business needs from private offices, variety seating options, conference rooms, space to do podcast or launch your brand. Our communal workspaces have you covered.
Virtual Office, Mailbox Services & office amenities
Members can have a professional business address, ship and receive mail/packages with our mailbox services plus enjoy access to a printer/scanner/fax machine.
We personally understand parents who are also entrepreneurs, it's sometimes impossible to leave your child at home and occasionally they have to tag along for the day.

500 Rivertech is a state-of-the-art modern office building at 500 Naches Ave SW in Renton, Washington in a beautiful campus environment, surrounded by trees and lush landscaping, offering a serene backdrop. Within a five-minute drive of I-405, I-5, SR 167, SR 181, and SR 900 allowing for easy commutes to anywhere in the region, its
central location makes it an attractive area for professionals of all types.
This location provides miles of walking trails adjacent to the Black River Riparian Forest and Wetland and members get to enjoy a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood filled with shops and restaurants.
Our members have 24hr access to the space. Our normal staff hours for booking and services are Monday through Friday from 7am-6pm, and Saturday from 9am-2pm. Evening programming and networking events may run past 6pm on a case-by-case basis. We are closed on Sundays to give our staff a break. Let’s hope you give yourself a break too!
Our members and guest are greeted by a grand lobby with high end finishes and modern, luxurious common areas and amenities. You will feel inspired and motivated to work every time you enter our space. Our 13,000 square feet suite is located on the second floor, greeted by another unique lounge area for relaxation.
It means we understand that sometimes our members need to bring their children to work with them and we welcome them into the space, it is not frowned upon like the majority of work places. We do have a “Kid-friendly Parent Lounge” with limited spots, designed to be quiet, entertaining, relaxing, educational, and fun for kids while parents are working. Advance reservation is required.
We will be offering private tours to founding members before our grand opening. After we open, tours must be scheduled in advance and are often available same day. We offer everyone two free days to try out our space. We want to make sure we are available and able to answer all your questions. Give us a call or shoot us an email and we will be glad to host you!
We have a very limited number of month-month memberships available, first come first serve. All other memberships have a 3-month minimum commitment required. There are longer-term and prepaid discounts offered on our 6-, 9- and 12-month terms. We do offer daily drop-ins passes if you are looking for a more flexible commitment. Plans begin the day you sign up and are billed monthly on auto-payment on the 1st of each month.
A setup fee of $100 is required on all memberships with keycard access, $50 is refundable. A retainer of ½ of your monthly rent amount is required for private offices and private desk. $150 is non-refundable. Please contact us at email@example.com for more details!
We understand that life can change quickly and try to be most flexible. We do require 1-month notice in writing or email.
We would absolutely love for you to come and try out our space for free. We believe you’ll fall in love at first sight but want to make sure you feel this is a great fit, so we offer a 2-day trial pass to get a feel of our community. You’ll be a great addition to our space.
At this time, only private office members can bring in registered guest for client meetings. If you would like to have a guest work with you for the day with access to amenities, you are welcome to purchase a day pass, reserve a conference room or have them sign up for our 2-free day trial pass in the space!
Of course not! Everyone is welcome to reserve our conference space during business hours at our community member rate, Zoom rooms starting as low as $10/hour and conference rooms as low as $25!

Yes, we allow outside food and beverages as long as members follow basic guidelines for the benefit of everyone in our community. We also have a small selection of drinks and food available for purchase. All containers must be taken home at the end of each day.
Yes, members are welcome to book the space for their events and we also offer opportunities to collaborate with our members on ideas for our event calendar.
